I Believe In Process,Do You?

This has been on my mind for a while and I will be sharing,before I proceed I will like to define Process.

Process according to Merriam-Webster online dictionary is defined as:
-To subject to or handle through an established usually routine set of procedures.
-To subject to a special process or treatment.
-A natural phenomenon marked by gradual changes that lead toward a particular result.

From the above definition,we see that the subject is going through something with the aim of getting a particular or desirable result!

So also in life,we go through various challenges,failures,death of a loved one,academic challenges,bitter surprises,disappointments,heart breaks,betrayals,set backs,financial issues,marital issues,divorce,the list is indeed endless!

When we are in the midst of all these not so good things we might find ourselves asking,why me?,but then if not you,who should it be?
We might feel the world is on our head and our lives have ended,but then,has it?
We might blame God and feel we can’t handle whatever we might be going through,we might think of just exiting life,in all of this,one things stands true,whether good or bad things happen to us,God still remains God!

As we know,life is in phases,I want you to term this phase of your life “Process Phase” or “Preparation Phase”.The Process phase is never an easy phase or route to go through,it is in this phase we discover purpose,it is in this phase when God prepares us for the journey of life,the assignment ahead of us,it is the phase we have an encounter with God! It is a period in which we should be focused and determined!

This is not the time to have a low-self esteem of ourselves,it is not the times to give up but a time to get to work,it is not a time to give up on ourselves nor a time to let what other people think of us matter the most but a time to know who God says and what we say about ourselves!
It is not a time to give excuses,like one of my lecturers usually say,“Excuses are well planned lies”.

It is a time of speaking possibilities,as we know,our words either make or mar us! It is a period of learning,a time to put smiles on people’s faces,the most beautiful feeling is making other people happy when you’re not so happy. It is a time to be thankful!
It is a period of letting go,the time you move out of “Regret Avenue”,God is giving you another opportunity to make things better in the future. It is a time of forgiveness,yes that person did the most terrible things ever,but then,you lock them up in your heart,it’s your heartache not theirs,you’re the one who keeps remembering,why don’t you let go and let God!

Friends,I want to encourage you today that no matter how difficult whatever you might be going through is,keep your eyes on the end-product,persevere,be patient,don’t give up,wait just a little longer,God is not a man that He should lie,whatever He says He will do!God never promised you wouldn’t go through fire but He gave an assurance;“When you go through deep waters,I will be with you. When you go through rivers of difficulty,you will not drown.
When you walk through the fire of oppression,
you will not be burned up;the flames will not consume you”.

Great men and women of our time have had to go through process when nobody knew them,but are celebrated today because they persevered and came out refined!
Remember,God doesn’t use unprocessed subjects!
