You gave me grace,
Yet,I justified myself.

Your peace you offered me,
Yet,I chose fear.

Your love you gave freely,
Yet,I hated myself.

You magnified me,
Yet,I belittled myself.

Your joy is my strength,
Yet,I focused on my weaknesses.

You paid for my sins,
Yet,I condemned myself.

Your blood you shed for me,
Yet,I seek the rivers of the earth for cleansing.

You set me free,
Yet,I remain in bondage.

You have given me a reason to live,
Yet,I crucify myself.

All these I have free of charge,
All these you’ve given me,
Yet,I choose reproach.

I was blind,
Now I see!
